Brief Introduction

Hello, I’m Krystle! I am a first-generation college graduate, having received my Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College in Westminster, Md., and my Master of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. As a child, I overcame adversity to achieve my dream of being the first person and first woman on both sides of my family to graduate college and grad school. It was not an easy feat, but I made it and graduated with honors.

While I got my start in human services, my career has been primarily in communications and marketing. Each position I have held has been educational and filled with many life lessons. I love that my career allows me to write, be creative, and delve deeper into learning new things.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I love to run and cycle. I have run several half marathons and to date, five marathons. The cool thing about running is that it allows me to travel and see new places. Running is a great way to create focus and strength. Perhaps, this is why I love the sport so much.

I also love to spend time with family and friends. If there is one thing, it doesn’t matter how far you run or cycle, or how many professional accomplishments you have to your name – family will always be there to remind you of who you are and to love on you when things hit the fan. Friends also fall into the same boat. I am one grateful person.

This concludes the “About Krystle” section. Due to my busy schedule, I am not taking any consulting work at this time. While my writing has been on hiatus, I hope to return soon with some new content. Hopefully, something will capture your attention and stay for a while.
